Best holidays in your life

This is the topic that was designated for me in this opportunity in a random way.

And in this moment, thousand of beautiful images arrive in my mind… Sincerely, I don’t know which holidays I’ll choose first to talk about, because all of them has been amazing. Let’s start.

I have to say that a recurrent holiday place for me and my family is the south of this beautiful country called Chile. I went with them there everytime we had the opportunity to go and the most amazing thing for me is we go so far always BY CAR! My father drives the most of the trip and we see and enjoy through the window a lot of different landscapes: vineyards, woods, lakes, volcanos, clear skies and a lot of clouds sometimes. And at the same time we sing, take pictures, have a snack and are anxious of getting there!

When I talk about south of Chile, I refer to specific places like Puerto Varas, Puyehue, Villarrica. I know more of them, but these are absolutely my favourites.

I think the thing I enjoy the most is staying with my family a few days feeling so relaxed.
Also, I love watching the starts at night (they complete the whole sky! because there's no light pollution), eating delicious meals like fresh fruits and vegetables, salmon, kuchen, jam of a variety of fruits like strawberries, honey, etc. and obviously: I love sleeping a lot.

In my opinion (and I think the most of you think the same thing), this is the only instance that I wait all of the year. I hope to go there at the end of the year to rest once for all!

Blog's experience

After like... 7 posts I think, this one (the eighth) would talk about how has been my experience with this blog, that I created in April of the present year.
Well, I think I had lived a similar experience with a type of blog which is called Tumblr, where I put daily experiences and some photographs that I like but, it doesn't have the same qualities of this blog, and also, I hadn't visit it since... I didn't remember hahaha.
In this blog account I could put some aspects about me and the people I know, like my family and friends, my hobbies, things I like, etc. and in the same way, my classmates too.
So, I think it was cool to know ''indirectly'' about my classmates' lives because when we join to the university, we didn't know eachother. And now, we still don't!
In other way, I think a blog is perfect if you want to have an ''electronic journal''. You can share images, videos, and write indefinetely about a topic you like!
It also help me and my English vocabulary! I learn to write up ideas with new words that I know perfectly now.
In another point, I think the only problem of the blog is you can not restrict the privacity: anyone in the world can see what you write, what kind of things you want to share... this is the risk of having a blog. So if I had to change one thing, that one would be.
Except that, I think is a very good tool to express yourself in any moment, any time, any place!

Two words: Amazing book

In this opportunity I'd like to talk about one of my favourite books:
Brave New World is the most famous novel from a British writter called Aldous Huxley.
It was written in 1931 and published the next year.
The history is about an utopian reality proyected to the future setting in London, England in which everything is different from now: children bear in test tubes and from birth are determinated to belong to one of the five castes (Alpha, Beta, Gama, Epsilon); also, they receive influences through they are spleeping, like what kind of things they will love to do or what beliefs must follow; everyone is always happy (sadness and pain don't exist); an hallucinogen called soma make people stay healthy and without diseases; famous books like the Holy Bible are forbidden, like falling in love with one person and some terms too. Even, their God is not the God (for catholics) we know. Their god is Ford (Henry Ford).
So, some of the characters that I'll show now (the most important for me) will have to get on very well in this reality.
For example, John, as known as ''The Savage'', although he is not the protagonist (Bernard Marx is actually, a misfit) is very important for the history, because he comes from our era with all of the traditions that stay until today like having parents, or marry with someone, or even the simple act of reading a book and tries to insert in this new reality, where no one can believe that life was like this before.
Other characters are Bernard Marx. Like I mentioned before, he is a misfit and a little bit different from the other people; Lenina Crowne, a nurse that everyone loves; Mustafá Mond, like the ''dictator'', among others.
After all of that abstract, I want to share the message that this book gave it to me: the future could be like this! And seeing the probability of losing our traditions makes me think how life can change and how awful it could be. I want that love, books, family, parents, marriage, etc. stay. By now, we just have to enjoy the present.
Although this book is very strange while you are reading it, is very interesting and I'm absolutely sure that who reads it, will think and compare these realities, that are so far, but so close at the same time.

A website saves my life in this career

Today I'm going to talk about a career-related website that I really, more than ''enjoy'', I prefer to say I ''make good use of it''.

The website I chose was MORFO, here's its link:
http://www.morfo.cl

MORFO is a website created by Universidad de Chile and specially designed for medical careers that are given there.
My career, dentistry, is included in that group too.

The most of the contents that MORFO treats are related to Anatomy, an essential subject in any medical career, using real images and interactive material related to bodies and their components, with their respective explications.
So, my classmates and I can use it only entering the code(given previously) on it.

I visit MORFO everytime I need to study for Anatomy and its exams, so, I think I visit it often, at least once a week.

And, I think I like MORFO because you can see all you study on class or pavilions with cadaverous material in your laptop screen whenever you want! You can clarify your own doubts and obviously learn a little more every time you visit it.

You just have to encourage yourself and visit MORFO and you'll be ready to learn the amazing body human!
